We have joined the Woodland Trust

​​We have joined the Woodland Trust and are ready to start working towards their Green Tree School Award. We believe that learning in our natural environment is central to education and emotional wellbeing. The Woodland Trust is the UK's largest woodland conservation charity.

They reward schools for completing environmental projects, encouraging outdoor learning and improving their green credentials. We are hoping to progress through the bronze, silver and gold levels to the prestigious platinum award.

We have also sponsored a tree at Bucks Mills, so we'd better go and see if we can find it! ​
