Exciting new chapter for Whitstone special school


Highgate Hill House School, an independent school for children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs aged 5 to 16 years, near Holsworthy, is proud to announce that it has recently joined the Melrose Education group of schools.


Melrose Education Ltd are building an outstanding group of special education and alternative provision schools, their priority being to positively change education outcomes for every one of their learners.

Being the fifth school to join this dynamic group, Highgate will benefit from increased support and funding, whilst pupils will be celebrated for their individuality and achievements.

The four remaining schools that make up the Melrose Education include Orchard Education in North East Lincolnshire, Break Through School in Belvedere, The Learning Centre in Bromley and the Rowan School in the West Midlands.
